Ordering a Genomic Profile
Genomic Profiles from Pahtiā Technologies must be ordered by a licensed physician. Please follow the steps below to make sure that your test results are delivered in a timely manner:
Download or print our test requisition and patient consent forms.
Completed forms and associated attachments can be submitted by email to team@pahtiatech.com
Please send your specimen to our reference laboratory in Panamá City, Panamá.
You will receive online or printed results in 3-4 weeks from receipt of the specimen at our laboratory partner in Panamá.

Billing
We recognize that understanding the cost of genomic profiling is important and therefore strive to provide clear & transparent billing information. Once a test is ordered, you will receive an invoice that is due upon receipt with online payment instructions.
For your convenience, we accept major credit and debit cards.
Choosing to pay by card allows for immediate processing and faster access to your test results.
You will receive a detailed receipt upon completion of payment.
Please note that payment must be made prior to testing and the test will be cancelled if payment is not completed.
